This six-session online program is held at intervals throughout the year. Limited to 10 participants, the program is a small-group immersion in the use of Relational Presence in coaching sessions.
Each 90-minute class focuses on Relational Presence in the context of the International Coaching Federation's updated Core Competencies.
The program is accredited by the ICF. To earn CCEs, coaches must attend all six sessions and complete short fieldwork assignments with a buddy.
Mentoring by the founders, Pam Noda and Tina Mertel, is included, with an optional path of continued mentoring after the program ends.
Coaches will leave the program equipped with:
An elevated ability to see clients for who they are
The core elements of Relational Presence (also known as Speaking Circles®) training
Enhanced skill in applying each of the eight ICF Core Competencies
The program offers growth for coaches at any level of experience.

We've been teaching Relational Presence for Coaches™ since 2016. Both of us are certified coaches with the International Coaching Federation, and are certified in Relational Presence (also known as Speaking Circles®) training.
Relational Presence is an integral component of our own coaching sessions. Tina's article "A Way to Be" in Coaching World provides a valuable introduction to Relational Presence and coaching.
Experience has taught us that being in Relational Presence with clients is the ground of coaching wisdom. From there emerges a coach’s sense of what to say when and which skills/tools to apply.
